COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
It is our practice to agree with our clients on the level and composition of the remuneration package which should normally compare favorably with that of the client’s employees of the same category and fall within a competitive range in the industry. This enables us to attract, motivate and retain suitably qualified personnel of high quality.
Other agreements as may be occasioned by the government legislation will normally be discussed with the client for necessary acquiescence before implementation.
HEALTH INSURANCE
We provide health Insurance for all employees with the Health Maintenance Organization (H.M.O)
PAYROLL AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION
Our payroll system is computerized. All our employees are issued pay slips at the time of payment of their salaries. Our staff are paid regularly in good time before the end of the month, usually on the 25th day of the month or as agreed with the client.
STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS
National Pension Scheme (NPS): The mandatory NPS contribution from every staff (8% of Basic, Housing and Transport) is deducted every month from their salaries and remitted through a Pension Fund Administrator chosen by the staff to the custodian bank. The employer/recruiter contributes 10% as part of the remittance.
Pay As You Earn Tax (PAYE): As recommended by law, appropriate tax deductions are made from staff’s monthly salaries and remitted immediately to the State Board of Inland Revenue. Our staff is issued tax clearance certificates at the end of every tax year.
Details of all deductions are reflected in the staff’s pay slip.
TURN AROUND TIME
Every returned personnel will be replaced almost immediately or within a maximum period of 48 hours of such notice. We maintain a pool of relief staff from which we intend to effect replacements or relieves.
