FELIX OKAKA NIGERIALIMITED was incorporated in 1992. We are duly registered by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity with an employer’s permit/recruiter licence issued to us as an outsourcing agent to companies and organizations. We are also a member of Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HUCAPAN) and a member of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

We are a business support services firm with a proven track record in HR outsourcing and other integrated business solutions. We have been providing critical business support to businesses for over 25 years.

We have worked with various companies and organizations like Unilever Nigeria PLC since 1992 where we have been in the business of labour outsourcing till date.

In 2007, we were engaged by PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC, where we are currently outsourcing about 1200 workers in their factories at Ilupeju and Ikorodu  in Lagos state, Aba in Abia state Onitsha in Anambra state and Enugu in Enugu state.

The strength of our company lies in our ability to understand what the client needs and to organize men and resources to consistently meet those needs on a timely basis. We have the capacity to organize, recruit and deploy from a very few staff to hundreds of personnel all over the country within a short period of time. We are able to work closely with our clients with resourcefulness, flexibility and responsiveness.
